As a parent, I have to agree with you in your feelings. I live in Texas and we have a death penalty in our state. Although the state is criticized for this, I don't think the victims criticize it. It's called justice.
No thetas called a sentence. Justice is a fair and impartial trial under rules of law. the victims never criticize vengeance
But it's not up to the Christian congregation to physically execute these wrongdoers. Divine justice will come at it's due time. Jehovah will read the hearts of all wrongdoers and act accordingly.

That is true. But what about the case where in their 20's or 30's and suddenly recalling the abuse when they were 6 or 7 year olds? In that case, the health care professional would not be able to do anything for the victim.
Ya it's too late to help them we know all about what a counselor can and can't help with don't we? sure we do, what a shame tisk tisk ......but hay there's no hope so why go to the authorities, let's just keep it "in-house."
